These speed bumps are probably dangerous

These speed bumps don't extend into the bike lanes. So cars just go around the bumps into the bike lanes. These seems like a big problems since bikes are in bike lanes. Seems dangerous to arrange the speed bumps like this.

I was walking through the community orange trees and noticed all the trees have this thick part at the bottom of the trunk. I never noticed it before. A quick google search says it is because citrus trees are grafted. This is where it grows out of the grafted section.
