UPDATE: Other people noticed Reese's scam pumpkins
Update to my scam alert about Reese's pumpkins.
Several news articles have popped up about a lawsuit because of the blatant false advertising:

And the pumpkins were just the start. They are also faking cutouts in ghost eyes!
I was able to find a website tracking the actual lawsuit here. The final update says: "NOTICE of voluntary dismissal by Cynthia Kelly (Russo, Anthony)" So the plaintiff gave up? Did Hershey settle with them? How did they convince Cynthia Kelly to just go away? So many questions. I sent messages on Facebook to a few Cynthia Kellys that live in Florida to try to get answers.
