Review: Lego Planet Earth and Moon in Orbit
I haven't put together a Lego in many years. I was never that into Lego. But I really wanted this model showing the sun, earth, and moon and how they rotate. I remember a similar model in our elementary school library.
Frances and I put it together together with some assistance from Fletch.
A few notes:
- Putting Lego together with more than one person isn't that great. (But then we found out some Lego are suited for multiple people. There is a symbol on the box showing how many people can do one together).
- The gears and mechanism were really well done.
- When you spin the handle I believe the earth really does spin 365 times in one orbit of the sun.
