Delivery Fee?

If you pay DoorDash a fee when you order delivery then it is a delivery fee. How do they get away with claiming there is no delivery fee?

And if you order for pickup, the price is cheaper for the food item and you can tip the restaurant. But if you order for delivery then you can't tip the restaurant.

Pickup order. Item is $17.50 and you can tip the staff.

Delivery order. Now the item is $19 and you can't tip the restaurant. And there is no delivery fee. But there is a $2.97 fee.
